Het "Port Community Services Portal" project (07-2004 / 06-2007) wou tegemoet komen aan de behoeften aan informatie over het watergebonden vervoer en de goederenstromen door de verschillende aspecten van het communicatieproces optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen en te bundelen via een portaalsite.

Het project werd opgebouwd rond drie modules:

• module 1: het e-loket voor zeeschepen, (zie: http://www.havenvanantwerpen.be/apics2)

• module 2: de kruispuntdatabank voor ladinggegevens (KPDB), (zie: http://www.carcomsys.be/)

• module 3: het Barge Traffic System (BTS), (zie: http://www.havenvanantwerpen.be/bts2) / Gebruikers van de huidige BTS kunnen inloggen via http://www.pcsp.be/bts .

The project was structured around three modules:
